Priscilla has been counseling, teaching, and mentoring teens, women, and families since 2001 when she served as the Student Ministry Director at a church in Northern Virginia and began her Masters in Christian Counseling. She has also counseled in the military setting as an Army daughter and later along-side her husband who was an Army Chaplain. In 2013, Priscilla gained her certification as a Christian Life Coach (American Association of Christian Coaching). Priscilla has counseled those dealing with fear/anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, single parenting, pre and post deployment preparations, PTSD, suicidal ideation, grief, domestic abuse, infidelity, moral failure, forgiveness, and resiliency among others.

Priscilla is a social justice advocate and believes that great satisfaction and purpose can be found as one gives of themselves in helping others. She currently volunteers with “Called to Peace” which is a non-profit organization that helps individuals find healing and hope after destructive relationships. Priscilla encourages individuals to “throw off” the faulty thinking and harmful behaviors/actions that may hinder one from living life to the fullest. She encourages individuals to then “put on” and learn skills that will produce more positive and healthy thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

She currently resides in Wake Forest with her amazingly energetic 3 kids and 100 pound toddler lab. They enjoy the great outdoors, sports, grilling out with friends, watching inspirational movies, and studying Biblical history.
