I am a dually licensed mental health clinician holding both the Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) credentials. I specialize in working with children ages 8-17 but am also experienced in providing counseling services for adults. I earned my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Gardner-Webb University. I am currently local to the Wake Forest area.

I have multiple years of professional experience working with children and adults navigating substance use concerns, behavioral challenges, aggression, Autism, depression, identity challenges, PTSD, and anxiety-related conditions. I also provide play therapy modalities for children when appropriate. I am certified in Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, CPR, and conducting further research on Play Therapy. Other counseling frameworks I utilize are centered around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals and families can feel heard, learn mindfulness, build practical skills, and move toward greater stability and well-being in their lives.
