Brandon believes that therapy grounded in compassion, honesty, and collaboration is where true healing and change begin. He strives to meet every client exactly where they are, offering a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s patterns and foster lasting growth.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in North Carolina, Brandon works with individuals, couples, children, and teens. He earned his Master’s degree in Marital, Family, and Individual Counseling and supports clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and life transitions, as well as providing play therapy and marital counseling.

His approach is highly integrative, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s unique goals. For individuals and adolescents, he often incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help build emotional resilience and value-driven change. When working with couples, Brandon relies on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) principles to help partners navigate conflict and deepen their emotional connection.

When he isn’t in the therapy room, Brandon enjoys staying active and connected to his community. You can often find him grabbing coffee at a local coffee shop, going for a walk, or exploring new food spots throughout Raleigh and the Triangle. He values quality time with his friends and church community, and in his downtime he enjoys being immersed in a good conversation, movie, or activity.

If you’re seeking a collaborative space for healing and clarity, Brandon is ready to help you take the next step. Please reach out to see if he is the right fit for your journey.
