Rates

Perkins Counseling & Psychological Services, PLLC makes every attempt to keep fees as low as possible by maintaining minimum overhead costs. To continue this service, patients are asked to remit payment at the time of each session. Payment can be made in the form of cash, check, and major credit cards. The following are non-insurance rates:

Therapy Rates (LCMHC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPA, PsyD, PhD)

  • Initial Session/Assessment (60 min.) – $190.00
  • Individual Therapy
    1 hour session – $150.00
    45 minute session – $135.00
  • Family/Couples Therapy
    1 hour session – $150.00
  • Psychological Testing Initial Session/Assessment (60 min.) – $175.00
  • Psychological Testing Packages available (contact our office for rates)

  • Any Session – $75.00

Medication Management Rates (PNP-PC, PMHNP)

  • Initial Session/Assessment (up to 60min.) – $250.00
  • Medication Management Routine Session (30 min.) – $150.00
  • Medication Management Complex Session (45 min.) – $200.00
    *Add-on with Medication Management Visits-
  • Psychotherapy (30 min.) – $90.00
  • Smoking Cessation Counseling Intermediate (3-10 minutes) – $40.00
  • Smoking Cessation Counseling Intensive (10+ minutes) – $60.00
  • TMS Treatment (Complete) – $6040.00 – Limited Time Introductory Rate

  • Routine or Complex Session – $100.00

Intern Rates

  • All Sessions: $30.00
  • Late Cancel/No show: $35.00

Miscellaneous Fees

  • Form or Paperwork Completion – $75.00

Insurance

Most insurance companies offer some mental health benefits. It is in your best interest to contact your insurance provider to determine the range of benefits offered for in-network and out-of-network providers.

  • How many visits per year are covered?
  • What are the dates of the benefit year?
  • What are in-network vs out-of-network benefits?
  • Which services are covered (e.g., individual therapy, couples therapy, psychological testing)?
