Krislyn Hyatt is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and functioning in a world that is not very accommodating to the neurodivergent mind. She has experience working in a variety of settings, including outpatient, children’s residential, day treatment school, and community crisis with a local Sheriff’s Office. Krislyn believes that each person attending therapy is incredibly strong and powerful, even if they don’t know it or feel like it, yet. Her goal is to help her clients realize and figure out how to use their strengths to grow and work through what has them feeling stuck and hopeless. Knowledge is power; Krislyn considers it her responsibility to help her clients understand their mind, body, and environment so that they can be empowered to make informed decisions about what they need to feel whole and healthy.
